The balm is package in pink colour tube. I never used a balm that is packaged in a tube and I actually like this kind of tube type balm as compared to the typical balm that scoop with a spatula. It is easy to squeeze out the desired amount. The initial texture is more like a gele type, that is easy to spread it over the skin. As I spread it over my skin, it turns into oil-like texture. It has a very light rose aroma scent. After that, I add some water to emulsify the balm on my skin, and it turn milky. I continue to rub it in a circle motion while emulsifying. After that, rinse with water. My skin does not feel tight and my makeup was able to remove completely. Since double cleansing is not required, it saves my time.
Overall, I am satisfied with the product. I am using this not only to remove makeup, but also to clear away the sebum and keratin plug in my pores in my weekly pore-cleansing regime.
